Geddy Lee Hints at Possible Rush Reunion

Geddy Lee On Possible Rush Reunion: "We Could Do That Now": Geddy Lee says there’s definitely a chance of reuniting with bandmate Alex Lifeson to get “Rush” back on the road. Even though drummer Neil Peart passed away in 2020, the two surviving members actually did have a de facto reunion last year when they performed at the tribute to late Foo Fighters dummer Taylor Hawkins. Lee recalled of that time, “It was nice to know that if we decide to go out, Alex and I, whether we went out as part of a new thing, or whether we just wanted to go out and play Rush as Rush, we could do that now.” Lee has been working on a memoir called “My Effin’ Life” which hits bookstores tomorrow.

Geddy Lee returns to the road tonight, but he'll be on his own and without his bass.

My Effin’ Life In Conversation will have him taking the stage at 14 theaters across the U.S. and Canada in support of this Tuesday's publication of his memoir, My Effin' Life, and the first stop is the Beacon Theatre in New York City.
